Working with Blackburne on many of their developments, OKMG had an existing knowledge of what makes their apartment developments different. Acknowledging what home buyers are looking for in a lifestyle fit, we conceptualised a campaign that empathised with the human experience and considered the true definition of home. Boasting the beautiful features of the Oracle development and Perth City, OKMG produced a narrative that inspired.
In all, the campaign consisted of TVC’s, Radio advertisements as well as copywriting, photography and video edits shared across all Blackburne touchpoints. OKMG also produced specific apartment showcase videos that successfully encouraged buyers to purchase Oracle apartments.
