In mid 2019, OKMG collaborated with Interface Advisory to refresh Distinguished Homes; a proud West Australian owned and operated luxury home builder. When Distinguished Homes approached our agency the feeling was that the standard of work produced by the builder far exceeded that which was portrayed by the brand. Our process started with a brand audit and then moved into the design and development of a new logo and accompanying suite of brand assets which more accurately represented the vision of Distinguished Homes. We then transformed their digital presence with a custom, ground-up website build.

In the case of Distinguished Homes, our challenge was to create a new brand image that unapologetically owned the word ‘distinguished’ and conveyed the passion of the company as an industry leader in Perth’s luxury home builder scene. Upon review of the previous website, it was clear there were a number of technical and speed related issues; a slow and dated website can have a negative impact on your brand and lead generation. There was also no clear lead funnel in place which enabled users to learn more and then submit an enquiry. What started as a quick refresh in ideation with Interface Advisory, quickly grew into a much more custom build-out with a focus on user experience and user journey, building trust and enabling the user to discover the approach to luxury home building that best suits them.
