Modernising Breight Group's website to align with their brand refresh, enhancing user experience, and driving increased conversions.

Breight Group

OKMG was engaged to overhaul Breight Group's website, a project pivotal in digitally delivering their brand refresh, focusing on improved design and user experience. This was an crucial update, completed within an express timeline, coinciding with the launch of their digital marketing and radio ad campaigns. Our objectives include increasing web traffic, boosting sales for training programs, and enhancing conversion rates for various inquiries. The target audience was comprised of potential clients, new employees, and training program participants, each requiring tailored user journeys.

Key deliverables involved showcasing case studies, promoting education and training services, highlighting the Employee Value Proposition, and integrating the Jobadder plugin for job listings. The design adopted a 'least clicks' approach for optimised navigation. Despite a condensed timeline, our process included a swift discovery phase and expressed design period, ensuring a high-quality outcome. The development stage involves setting up a custom WordPress environment, ground-up, development, and responsive design testing. SEO preservation, GA4 analytics setup, and client training were crucial in the launch preparation phase. Post-launch, OKMG now manages website hostin and provide monthly updates, with a medium support plan to support their internal resources. The project, driven by an express timeline, required a rapid response and clear approval authority from the Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer.
